Since 2005, Inuit Knowledge Working Groups have been working with Nunavut National Parks and universities to find ways to ensure that Inuit knowledge becomes integral to our understanding of Arctic ecosystems and management decisions. In a series of podcast, we present the ideas of elders, hunters and youth who participated in this work. The topics range from the contemporary meaning of Inuit knowledge to Inuit observations and responses to environmental changes and perspectives on conservation.
The podcasts are presented under each National Parks tabs. Listen to them online by clicking on the sound track arrow or offline by downloading the sound tracks to your computer. A text version of each podcasts is also available. Enjoy! Click here to access podcasts.
